By booking our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

OlaLa Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Chicago area. Services include regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move in/out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning.

Booking and Cancellation

  • Bookings can be made through our website or by phone.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment

  • Payment is required at the time of booking or upon completion of service.
  • We accept major credit cards processed securely through Stripe.
  • Prices are subject to change based on the scope of work required.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with any area we’ve cleaned, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll return to re-clean it at no additional charge.

Liability

While we take the utmost care when cleaning your property, we are not responsible for damage to items that are pre-existing, fragile, or improperly secured. We carry liability insurance for your protection.

Access to Property

You are responsible for providing access to your property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot gain access, a trip charge may apply.
